Passed away at his home in Banbury on 11th September, aged 58 years

Wayne's Funeral Service will be held at Charter Chapel Canley Crematorium on Friday 17th October at 10am.

Flowers welcome or donations may be made in memory of Wayne to The British Heart Foundation. These may be made via www.heartofenglandcoopfunerals.co.uk
